Housing Rates

2026/2027 housing rates are pending Board of Governors approval.

Our rates do not include the required meal plan. Rates do include all utilities.

For reference, the 2025-2026 housing rates are listed below:

• Camden Tower

  • Academic Contract, Suite: 3-Bedroom and 1-Bath: $5,499 per semester

• Camden Apartments

  • Academic Contract, 4-Bedroom and 1-Bath (Apartments ending in 01-06): $6,134 per semester
  • Academic Contract, 4-Bedroom and 2-Bath (Apartments ending in 07-09): $6,666 per semester
  • Academic Contract, 2-Bedroom and 1-Bath (Apartments ending in 10-11): $7,018 per semester

• 330 Cooper

  • Academic Contract, 3-Bedroom and 2-Bath SHARED: $6,988 per semester
  • Academic Contract, 3-Bedroom and 2-Bath PRIVATE: $7,390 per semester
  • Academic Contract, 4-Bedroom and 2-Bath SHARED: $6,842 per semester
