New Graduate Students

We look forward to welcoming our new graduate students to the halls! If you are a new graduate student experiencing difficulty logging into our housing portal, please e-mail Mr. Matthew Gruber, Assistant Director of Housing Administration, with the following information:

• First name
• Last name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• RUID number
• Your preferred email
• Your school code: 56 (Arts & Sciences); 53 (Business); or 24 (Law)

Once you receive an email from the Assistant Director of Housing Administration that you have been added to our system and are eligible to log in and complete the application, you will have 24 hours to complete the application.
