Our Summer ’26 application will be available on our website on March 23rd!  For those interested in living on campus for the upcoming Summer, please make sure you apply as soon as possible. The application will close May 1st. Students Interested in setting up a payment plan for Summer 2026 housing and tuition cost can find out more information here Tuition & Payment – Summer Session

Guests and Conference Services

When space is available, Rutgers-Camden can offer its residence hall facilities to visiting students and faculty, academic departments, outside groups, and visitors for a variety of meetings and functions. Our residence halls offer options for group meeting spaces, a game/entertainment room, laundry facilities, and more. In conjunction with the campus Event Services Office, a broad range of conference and meeting planning options, including catering, are available. 

Please note, guest and conference services are only available during the summer. If you are interested in staying on-campus this Summer, please complete the form below and a member of the OHRL staff will get in touch with you to go over any options available. The form will close on May 15th.  Completing this interest form does not guarantee housing will be available.
