Strategic Pillars and Priorities
The following represent the five identified value propositions (pillars) that will guide university priorities over the next five years. Annually, each will be reviewed to ascertain where we are in terms of meeting benchmarks, goals, and objectives. As strategic plans are fluid documents, adjustments might be made based on shifts in priorities of Rutgers–Camden or Rutgers University writ large, over time.
