Program Structure
Week 1 - What is AI? Why It Matters.
A grounding session introducing: AI fundamentals, local and global trends, the ethics of business-facing AI.
Weeks 2–4 Applied AI
- Module 1: AI for Productivity: Automating workflows, Writing and communication tools, Chatbots and assistants
- Module 2: AI for Marketing & Customer Insight: Audience analysis, Content generation, Customer behavior modeling
- Module 3: Responsible AI for Business: Bias and fairness, Transparency, Data ethics, Governance
Weeks 5–6 — AI Action Plan
Participants create a practical document outlining one impactful AI use case, Tools required, Risks and ethical considerations, Implementation steps.
Outcomes
Participants leave with:
- Practical AI knowledge
- An organizational AI plan
- A responsible adoption checklist
