Graduate history student Tom DiGiovanni recently published an excerpt of his work on history, race, and class dynamics of New Jersey's surfing scene for Made by History, a partnership with The Philadelphia Inquirer in which scholars contribute essays on topics from politics to sports, offering historical context to many of today’s headlines and making the past more accessible to readers.

A cohort of psychology students and faculty recently presented their research to a global audience at the Convention of the Association for Psychological Science (APS) held in Barcelona. Their poster presentations on emotion recognition and support for renewable energy were part of the international gathering that drew nearly 2,500 attendees from 73 countries to Spain’s second-largest city.

Rutgers School of Business–Camden and the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities have established a first-of-its-kind professional certificate program designed to prepare the next generation of utility ratemaking professionals while creating a direct workforce pipeline for electric, gas, water, and wastewater utilities in New Jersey and across the country.
