Educational Opportunity Fund Program
Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF), is a New Jersey state-funded program that provides financial aid and educational support to New Jersey’s students from economically and educationally disadvantaged backgrounds. First-generation college students are especially encouraged to apply. Participants benefit from academic support, financial aid, and a strong community to help them succeed at Rutgers–Camden.

Incoming First-Year Students:
If you are a first-year student, apply early and check “yes” on your Rutgers Admission indicating your interest in the EOF Program.
Our Summer Institute gives you a jumpstart on college and the opportunity to earn up to 6 free credits.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for the EOF program, a student must:
• Be a Resident of New Jersey for 12 months immediately preceding enrollment
• Demonstrate and educational need have a financial limited income
• Meet state income eligibility criteria income eligibility criteria
