While OSDFA will be there with you to help you explore options, select opportunities most closely aligned with your vision and values, and support you through all stages of the application, we do ask our applicants to be prepared to take ownership of your experience.

Come prepared to share – help us get to know you and how we can support your goals. No idea or dream is off-limits!
Researching and applying for awards takes time. Consider how this process will fit in to your existing roles and responsibilities.

Know what does and does not work for you – and be honest about that! It’s OK if some of the opportunities we suggest just aren’t for you – speak up! We’re here for YOU!
