Centennial Steering Committee Updates

Dear Rutgers University–Camden Community:

During my fall address, I mentioned that we would soon begin planning for the 2026 celebration of our centennial anniversary, which will encompass all iterations of the campus’s historical evolution to today.  I am pleased to share that we are beginning the process of constituting a Centennial Steering Committee.
 
I announced that Margaret Marsh, former dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and interim chancellor, and Jim Rhodes of the Rutgers University Board of Trustees, agreed to co-chair the steering committee. They are very excited to serve and are ready to work with representatives from all our constituencies—faculty, staff, students, alumni, donors, board members, and others. I ask that you be on the lookout for their message instructing you how to express interest in serving on the steering committee.
 
Again, please join me in thanking Margaret and Jim for agreeing to lead this exciting milestone celebration in the history of Rutgers–Camden.
