The Student-Alumni Career Connect is an online database of Rutgers alumni willing to provide career advice.  Search alumni by major, career cluster, industry, location, and more to learn about their career paths.  Expand your vision of the options open to Rutgers graduates, contact alumni for career advice, and network your way to success!  This system is open to students and alumni.

How to Access Career Connect

• Students: Select the “NetID” login and use your Rutgers NetID and password.
• Alumni: Select “LinkedIn” to quickly create your mentor account. You can also use the “Facebook” or “Email” login options.
• Once your account is approved, search for mentors by major, industry, location, career cluster, and more!
• Join a “Career Cluster” community to review and share career information.
• Contact mentors for career advice.
• Request online meetings with mentors to further explore your career questions.
