The K-12 Supervisory Certificate at Rutgers University–Camden is a 12-credit graduate program designed to prepare educators for formal leadership roles in New Jersey school systems. This certificate is required for professionals who supervise instructional personnel, including supervisors of instruction and athletic directors who do not hold a principal’s endorsement.
