Three-Part Lecture Series on Conscious Business Practices

Suzanne Ackerman has recently been appointed as an International Professor of Practice at Rutgers University in Camden. This January, Ms. Ackerman will be visiting Rutgers–Camden and giving a series of lectures on conscious business practice, particularly inclusive business for sustainable social impact across all sectors of society.
Ms. Ackerman previously served as the Transformation Director and Chairman of Pick n Pay in Cape Town, South Africa. She is also the founder of Feed the Nation Foundation, which provides food assistance to the most vulnerable in South Africa. Suzanne holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cape Town and received a First Movers Fellowship from the Aspen Institute.

How to build a philanthropic brand during a crisis – the creation of the Feed the Nation Foundation during COVID 19. What started as a small food aid relief campaign developed into a National Foundation in just 2 years.
