Gabriel O. Molina

Assistant Dean Gabriel Molina is an alum of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Spanish Language and Literature, and of Rutgers University-Camden with a Master of Public Administration degree. Assistant Dean Molina’s experience in education began in 2013 and covers areas of instruction, educational program design, and academic support. Assistant Dean Molina joined Rutgers-Camden in 2017 as Associate Site Manager of the Jumpstart program within the Community Leadership Center. In 2022, he transitioned to the Division of Student Academic Success as a Student Success Coach where he supported students in achieving their educational goals through personalized and holistic coaching. Assistant Dean Molina is the most recent addition to the Honors College, joining in June 2023. In his free time, Assistant Dean Molina enjoys staying active, painting, and exploring the regional food scenes.
